Do you want to be a face that welcomes and provides service to citizens and visitors in our beautiful municipality? We are looking for staff for tourism and guiding activities at several different locations and environments.

We offer a stimulating job in beautiful cultural environments in collaboration with other actors at the locations. The work is part-time, a temporary position where the extent varies according to needs. A workplace with very varied tasks, where one day is never like the other.

Your future tasks

The work is divided into several different positions:

• At Rejmyre Tourist Information, you will welcome visitors, provide tips, and guide them to our various attractions in Östergötland and surrounding areas. The job also includes preparing the premises and ensuring that the work environment is kept clean and pleasant, as well as selling souvenirs, fishing licenses, and more. All sales take place in a digital environment, so digital competence is a prerequisite.
• At Häfla Blacksmith Shop, you will guide in a cultural-historical environment. The blacksmith shop dates back to the 17th century and is one of the few preserved smithies in Europe. A historical interest is an advantage for the job, but you will also receive an introduction to the smithy from members of the Häfla Blacksmith Foundation.
• As tourism and guiding staff, you will have a varied job where you will both guide visitors in cultural heritage environments and meet visitors in our tourist information, providing them with tips, advice, and support during their stay in Finspång and Östergötland and surrounding areas. The work is mainly allocated to Rejmyre Craft Village and Häfla Blacksmith Shop, but other guiding and service assignments within Finspång municipality may also occur. Given the cultural-historical environments, a historical interest and previous guiding experience are advantageous.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who has a knack for verbal and written communication, who has a strong sense of service where guests and interaction are in focus. The role requires you to be self-driven and responsible, with good knowledge of both Swedish and English, in both spoken and written form. A driver's license is a prerequisite for the position.
